Create your own designs

How to prepare your own designs.

Preparing your own artwork is simple. If you already have print ready files, this will reduce lead time and we can usually start the project within a couple of days.

However if you want the hassle taken out of the process we can help with your artwork. Just get in touch on 1300 323 322.

To provide the print ready artwork yourself, here are our guidelines:

  1. We prefer .EPS or .PDF files and also accept .PSD .AI .IDD files (we don’t accept .JPG, Corel draw, Microsoft office or CAD files)
  2. PDF files must be supplied as single pages and not multi-pages
  3. Set artwork dimensions to 1:10 scale (10m = 1m) or 10% of their actual size (see sizes in table below)
  4. Do not include crop or bleed marks or lines in your artwork
  5. All colours to be set to CMYK (including images)
  6. All images should be embedded into artwork as CMYK
  7. All text should be converted outlines
  8. All logos must be either vector or high resolution images
  9. All artwork should be saved and supplied as an editable PDF at a minimum of 300dpi if images are included
